What is included in a basic residential cleaning?
Clutter clean up, wiping down of all surfaces, dusting as needed, sweeping/vacuuming, and mopping.
Is there a deposit required to schedule?
Yes! For a first time client we do require half the payment up front, for continued clients it is only 10%. This deposit covers cancellations not made 24 hours in advance. It can be refunded or applied to another cleaning if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
What are the fees?
We try to keep everything reasonable. Reach out to us so we can negotiate something that works!
Do I need to have my own cleaning supplies and products?
For our basic housecleaning, we will bring our own products/cleaning supplies. We ask that you have a toilet brush available for bathroom cleanings, sponge and dish soap for dish washing, and laundry detergent/products for laundry services. For commercial cleaning, this will be discussed before starting.
Do you do contracts?
Other than the deposit agreement, there are no contracts necessary. For commercial cleaning, contracts are optional.
